ABOUT EMILY JUDD

Emily is a mom of two, a certified nutrition & health coach specializing in hormone health, a Pilates teacher, and a fitness specialist certified in a variety of modalities. Emily also holds a certification as a postpartum corrective exercise specialist and is passionate about helping women throughout all stages of life.

Emily began her journey in wellness as a way to overcome her battles with never feeling good enough, anxiety, and disordered eating patterns.

Through a love of movement and an insatiable desire for knowledge in all things health & wellness, it has been her goal to feel good inside and out. She hopes to inspire and share all of her knowledge with her clients to get them on a path to feeling their best selves!
